I arrived a bit early to check in. I checked in via their portal which was easy to use. I waited maybe 5 minutes to be escorted into the exam room. The consultation was very thorough and I was given an allergy test at my request on the spot. Dr. Kwiat was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I will return in 3 months for a follow-up.

I was disappointed with her bedside manner. She was extremely 'clinical', reciting medical information quickly while not showing ANY emotion, care or concern. This is probably a function of our greater medical system , but ugh. I didn't feel comfortable, i didnt feel taken care of, and quite frankly i felt like she was just annoyed and rushing through our appointment. I will not be back.

Dr. Kwiat is friendly and she took her time to explain everything carefully. She asked several times whether I had more questions. She is energetic and speaks fast, so you have to pay attention to not miss anything. Afterwards, she provided a written report on the Mt Sinai patient portal summarizing what we had discussed. I hope that the recommended treatment will work. It's still too soon to say.

I would highly recommend Dr. Kwiat. She was incredibly helpful. I had so many questions regarding my potential allergies (and even non-allergy health questions) and she explained everything to me with an immense amount of detail and scientific explanations. She followed up with the specific details of what she spoke about and the next steps needed to solve my issues. I will definitely be visiting her again as I improve my allergy symptoms.
