Dr. He is pleasant and knowledgeable but the office is dificult to work with. Phone calls get bounced around and never answered. Followup care is difficult to get from the office. My bloodwork request wasn't properly filled out so I was turned away at the lab. Trying to get a hold of the office has proven incredibly difficult. Will not be returning.

I went to this eye doctor. They did not have any modern equipment, and were somehow unable to give me a prescription. They recommended I come back in 4 weeks. And they started suggesting all kinds of eye conditions as the cause of their inability to provide a prescription. I went to another eye doctor who had more modern equipment and was able to get me a 20/20 prescription. This doctor couldn’t even check my eye dimensions for contacts, because they also did not have that equipment.

She is a very good doctor and knows what she is talking about, The receptionist lady in the front is incredibly rude and disrespectful and is extremely childish and likes to engage in arguments and fights with patients and overall she's a very loud and obnoxious person who shouldn't be there to say the least.

Dr. He was great. Good listener, addressed concerns and make recommendations.
I would not recommend the office though, very corporate .. , it's a big office with multiple providers and a long wait time. I heard the office manager telling one of the complaining patient that patients are expected to wait at least 1-2 hours before their appointment. Their whole model seems to be overbooking patients.
