About Dr. Chad Miller

Dr. Chad A. Miller, DPM, is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon who joined Cincinnati Foot & Ankle Care in 2000 after completing his residency. Originally from Valparaiso, Indiana, he specializes in primary podiatric medicine, diabetic foot care, and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Miller is deeply involved in global and local outreach. He serves as an elder and Director of Missions for Origins Church and as Global Mission Director for Global Influence, supporting vulnerable communities around the world. Dr. Miller earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine and his undergraduate degree from Indiana University Northwest. He enjoys martial arts and an active lifestyle with his wife, Dalene, and their five children.
