I had a deeply disappointing experience with this provider. I scheduled a general wellness visit specifically to address my significant family history of serious health conditions. My father had just passed at age of 60 from gallbladder cancer, and I wanted a workup with blood tests as well as referrals for genetic counseling. When I tried to discuss medication management and possible adjustments, she simply asked which medications I needed and moved on. Not engaging in any discussion. My test results later came back flagged as abnormal in Athena, yet I never received a call to review them. I tried to contact the office for follow-up, including regarding an urgent refill, but nothing. This forced me to search for answers on my own, which was both anxiety-inducing and inappropriate. What I had hoped would be a proactive step toward preventative care instead became a frustrating and disheartening experience. I left feeling dismissed, unheard, and without the guidance I needed.

Dr. Tara Delos Reyes was a very attentive and thorough doctor. This was my first visit with her and we discussed my medical history. Dr. Reyes asked many thoughtful questions and also asked if there was anything else she could do for me. All scripts were forwarded for refill and it was a very pleasant office and experience. I would recommend her.
