“I had made an appointment in February.
Feb 20th the office calls me asking if I could do 2:40 PM instead of the 3:40 slot that was open, that was fine by me. Today, March 13th the day of at 10 AM about 4 hours before my appointment they asked to reschedule for another day.
I had asked reception if they could find any slot for today as I had accommodated their request to come earlier last month and I really wanted to get the appointment done today as my predicted period hadn't come yet so I wanted it out the way. Fortunately they found a noon spot for me.
When I got there the staff told me my appointment was for 2:40 I had to remind them that someone had called me earlier, they hadn't updated their system I believe.
Wait time was about +30 minutes which was okay. Apparently, stuff was going on in the office.
Dr.Waters took time to get to know me and asked me if I had any questions or concerns which I appreciated for my first ever gynecologist visit.”
