About Dr. Christine Cheng
Dr. Cheng grew up in Northern California. She attended the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton where she obtained her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2015. She then completed her residency training in primary eye care and ocular disease at the West Los Angeles VA Hospital where she met her husband. Her clinical rotations include the VA and military hospital in Okinawa, Japan. Dr. Cheng lives in Irvine with her husband and 3 kids and is excited to provide eye care to the local community. Dr. Cheng takes most vision insurance plans and offers discounts for patients without vision insurance as well as a Medi-Cal discount

I was quite pleased with my experience overall! Dr. Cheng was knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. The office is clean and nice, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. I am happy to find a new eye doctor!
