Dr. Kristine was great, the facility was fairly new and clean. I wish they would have communicated that you have to park in the skyview mall if you can’t find parking. It took me approximately 30mins, it would be a nightmare if you had to come often.

First time seeing this provider. Nurse and phlebotomist was very friendly as was the front desk. Doctor was nice but felt very rushed for an annual visit. I didn't have much time to ask questions during my appointment time.

This Dr does not tell you what she is about to do and doesn’t use any lubricant. The nurse was very unemotional. Would not come back.

I visited for annual check up and it was my first time so I was quite nervous but the doctor was very nice and answered all the concerns. Also the office is a new building so it was very clean and staffs were friendly too. I’ll definitely go back next year.

I was being rushed so much that I forgot the reason why I book the appointment. So I didn't get a chance to ask about my concern.

The doctor was friendly and explained what she was doing and follow up plans well. I did have to wait around 30 minutes in the waiting room and then another ten or fifteen after getting vitals before being seen by the doctor.

I've struggled to find a gynecologist who listens, was recommended this practice by a friend. Dr. Kim was excellent and non-invasive.

I booked this appointment because last year I didn’t have a good experience with a prior physician and i searched on Zocdoc and read good reviews about Dr. Kim. I wasn’t disappointed. She answered my concerns and questions and was very clear to me. She explained the next steps. I felt comfortable. Overall, a good experience and for sure I will have my Pap smear again with her next year!
