After 16 years of practicing obstetrics and gynecology, she opened the NJ Women’s Wellness Center in Montvale. Dr. Parnes focuses on women’s health, including gynecological medical issues such as menopause, cancer screening, adolescent medicine, weight loss and Mona Lisa Touch laser therapy. As chief resident, she had many opportunities for employment in New York City. Still, she decided to head back to New Jersey, where she grew up. Dr. Parnes enjoys New Jersey's suburban lifestyle and the cultural diversity of nearby New York City. She also enjoys Sudoku, crossword puzzles, traveling, golf and pickleball! She also loves spending time with her two daughters.
