“Claudia was wonderful! She is professional, warm, and very respectful, and she creates a real sense of care and trust.
I was a little worried about the wait time based on some reviews I had read, but to my surprise it was no more than about 30 minutes. The entire staff was kind, especially the woman who helped with the lab work "Roshan" (I may not be spelling her name correctly).
The appointment felt calm and unrushed, and Claudia patiently explained everything and answered all of my questions. I also really appreciated how patient everyone was with me since I’m a bit nervous around needles.
She will definitely be my trusted doctor from now on. I’m already looking forward to coming back next year for my annual check-up. :)”

“Great provider! Listens and answers all my questions and her assistant is AMAZING! However, the girls at the reception were really unpleasant to engage with. I was not aware of the check-in process which made me wait longer than expected but what's bothersome is that they saw me sitting there for a long time and none of them could take the initiative to address me. When I approached to ask about the wait time their response was dismissive of me and almost as if I was bothering them by asking. A clinic or doctors office can be intimidating for many and more so with unfriendly, unkind staff. ”
