About Dr. Cristina Polizzi

Dr. Cristina Polizzi-Woods graduated from Siena College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2007. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2014. While in optometry school, she participated in research projects related to dry eye syndrome and presented a poster at the American Academy of Optometry meeting. After graduation, she was fortunate to work alongside her father for a few years before his passing. Dr. Polizzi-Woods fits both soft and hard contact lenses, is medically trained, and can treat a variety of eye diseases. In her free time, she volunteers at Last Hope Animal Rescue caring for kitties and enjoys practicing yoga.
