Dr. Nguyen is a native of Memphis, Tennessee. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with Honors from Christian Brothers University and then went on to Southern College of Optometry where she received her Doctor of Optometry degree. Following her Doctorate degree, Dr. Nguyen completed a year of residency training in Ocular Disease at Clayton Eye Center.
During her training, she has received many clinical honors and has spent a considerable amount of time volunteering to give back to the community she serves. She started her career as an ophthalmic technician and has not changed her focus which is to provide excellent patient care.
Dr. Nguyen is an active member of the American Optometric Association, the Georgia Optometric Association, and the Greater Atlanta Optometric Association. She is bilingual in English and Vietnamese and is available to see patients in both the Atlanta and Riverdale offices. Dr. Nguyen resides in Atlanta and enjoys outdoor activities.
