This problem was not with the dr. It was with zocdoc. It clearly said this Dr does cataract surgery. He does not. Waste of time

Had an appointment with Dr. MacPherson (Opthalmologist). After filling out a few forms, I waited about 5 minutes before a technician brought me into a room. After a quick check, we talked about why I was specifically there. After we were done, I waited about 5 more minutes before I was seen by Dr. MacPherson. Very friendly and attentive. Explained things in detail and was given several option plans to try. Definitely would recommend this doctor.

It was easy to get an appointment. The staff were friendly, office was clean. It was a complete eye exam, and testing prior to seeing the doctor. He listened to my concerns, explained everything. Would definitely recommend.

The experience was horrible. I do not have health insurance. I told them when I booked the Appointment that I did not have insurance and I would pay with a check. I arrived at the office for my appointment- but they refused to accept my check payment without a photo identification. I did not have photo identification to prove to them who I am; therefore they cancelled my appointment. I was sent away with a severe painful eye infection without seeing the doctor, all because I did not have photo identification. This is malpractice. Patient care comes before photo identification to prove identity. Millions of Americans do not have insurance for many reasons. That is not a reason to turn a patient away from urgent care if they will pay by another method, such as cash, check, or credit card.

Office staff can be very unfriendly. When you arrive you will play Musical chairs seeing different assistants before seeing the doctor. Doctor is very unfriendly and abrasive.

Very efficient practice, attractive and modern decor , upbeat, clean, everyone very nice. Doctor inspired my confidence. A pleasure to visit after usually having to wait long times at other practices, which is why I switched to here.
