Dr. David Monroe received his Doctor of Optometry and Bachelor of Visual Sciences from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in 1989. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. Dr. Monroe particularly enjoys providing comprehensive eye care services to his patients.
