“The office staff was very friendly and everyone was very accommodating. I brought my sister in, she has Down syndrome.The eye exam was for her. Everyone was very patient and adjusted accordingly. They all did a wonderful job. Everyone assumed she could and if she stumbled, they adjusted. Very positive experience. Went far beyond our expectations. We will stick with Eyes on Missouri as our eye health provider. Very happy withe the care we received. ”

“I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in the door a few minutes later I was in to do my eye exams. Dr. Renner was the best she took her time and explained everything and asked me if I had any concerns at the end of the exam and I went and picked out my glasses. I had the best experience yet thank you Eyes on Missouri.”

About Dr. Debra Renner
Debra Renner, O.D. received her Doctor of Optometry from Indiana University in 2000. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1995.
Dr. Renner received additional training in a residency program focused on the cornea, contact lenses, and anterior segment disease. She enjoys continually learning about the ocular health and visual system through research and education to serve her patients better.
In Dr. Renner’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, playing fetch with her golden doodle Frankie, and crafting.

Provider and staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt like I was in good hands.
However when I was turned over to the glasses side of the appointment things took on a whole new flavor. I told them upfront I wanted to stay in the out of pocket rage of $200. After insurance. Which did happen. I first started with a young lady and in the middle was switched over to a gentleman and in the process I felt like I was not giving proper assistance in picking out glasses. So I settled just to be done. Might check on line next time.

The office staff was tense with her words. I did give her reason, because i was 5 minutes late. I drove a hour in the rain, but it did take longer then I planned out. She said, we have a five minute late rule and you missed your appointment. In a tone that made me want to leave and just stay sorry. Same Front desk staff did offer to ask the Dr if I could still be seen. Dr okay’d the annual checkup. Mostly my fault because I was 5 mins late. I just don't do well with aggressiveness. All other staff wonderful, especially Dr.

Debra Renner, was friendly, professional, and listened to my concerns. She offered options that considered my insurance to help me afford the eyedrops I needed. I highly recommend her and her assistant who helped with the exam and insurance issues. Excellent customer service!
