About Dr. Deeba Chaudri

Dr. Deeba Chaudri has been practicing Optometry for over 15 years. Her experience includes practicing full scope optometry with a specialized emphasis on contact lens fittings, including specialty fits and multifocal/bifocal contact lenses. She is also trained in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease and infections and the treatment of dry eyes. Dr. Chaudri was the Regional Director of Eyecare for Lenscrafters from 2008-2011. She supervised and trained 34 optometrists to provide cutting edge quality of care to our patients. Dr. Chaudri received a Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry and a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada. Dr. Chaudri was also recently featured as an Eye Expert on the Dr. OZ television show. You can view her appearance here. Dr. Chaudri resides in Brooklyn with her husband and enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and getting a Zumba workout into her busy schedule.

Very efficient, caring staff and doctor. Every person is friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in, and it's fantastic to be able to be walked a few feet into the storefront that shares the offices to be able to get glasses.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the doctor was wonderful. I felt listened to and competently advised. Doctor visits can often feel rushed, this wasn't the case here. Will be going back.

It was ridiculous that Dr Chaudri prescribed me for my farsightedness literally without measuring my vision. Spent so much money on glasses which didn’t work at all. Went to another optometrist today and gave me a completely different but correct prescription. Just save your time and money and don’t go

My overall experience with the doctor was good. However she suggested a treatment for my dry eye that is not reimbursed by insurance and is expensive, and I wish, for that price, she would have spent a bit more time explaining the options, side effects and rate of success. I did feel a bit pressure to go with this solution. She also suggested a progressive lenses that other doctors have said I don’t need.
If I had to rate the office overall, would give a 3 stars. From the beginning to the end I felt they were there to make money, and at the end of my visit, a lady was litterally chasing me to buy glasses.
