About Dr. Denise Kuder
Denise Kuder, OD, earned her Doctor of Optometry from Ohio State University in 1996 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Toledo, completed in 1992.
Dr. Kuder provides primary eye care and treats red eye, ocular diseases, and dry eye for patients of all ages. Her interest in optometry began early, sparked by her own experience needing glasses and later being fit for contact lenses.
When not seeing patients, Dr. Kuder enjoys spending time with her two children, family, and friends. She also likes walking, aerobics, volleyball, live music, reading, and traveling.

I would not recommend this place. The office staff was confused when I came and told them I was there for my appointment. Then asked for my insurance card. I told her I didn’t have one and that I called the insurance and they said they don’t give cards for just vision anymore . They said the office can just look me up with my name and birthdate. I told them this. They continued to ask for my card. I said I only have my medical one. They said that will work. I told them it wasn’t connected or the same company. They didn’t care. Then the Dr was doing her exam a when she asked if I could see anything on the wall. I said no. She said what about now? Still no. She said really? You can’t see anything? I was getting nervous thinking I’m going blind. Then she looked over and goes whoops. I guess the cover was on . Just felt like something a seasoned Dr shouldn’t be doing. I tried to laugh it off . But she wasn’t amused.

Definitely recommend. Dr. Kuder was very thorough, and explained in detail my exam. It took about an hour total and I think I waited all of 2 minutes. I was a half hour early and they took me right away.
