About Dr. Devora Grossman
Dr. Devora Grossman is a Low Vision Specialist, Contact Lens Specialist, and Therapeutic Optometrist. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics, graduating with honors from York University in Canada.
Dr. Grossman received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the State University of New York (SUNY) College of Optometry. She graduated on the Dean's List and was awarded the Eschenbach Low Vision Award. She completed internships in hospital-based optometry at the V.A. Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY; a low vision internship at the Lighthouse in Manhattan, NY; and a contact lens internship at the SUNY Optometry Clinic. Additional internships at private eye care clinics throughout New York helped her refine her skills in her special areas of interest, including contact lenses, pediatrics, and ocular disease.
Dr. Grossman is a member of the American Optometric Association and mentors students considering a career in optometry. She also serves as dean of a women's college in Monsey, NY, and leads two charitable organizations that provide food for hungry families in Monsey and support sick patients in hospitals. Dr. Grossman enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.

Definitely good vibes, I walked in and loved the whole aesthetic. Dr. Grossman did all her test and doubled backed to make sure everything was good, very thorough I liked that. To top it off they even tightened my old pair of glasses so definitely going to be a forever patient here.

I was so impressed with the care from the staff and the doctor. They seemed to make every single person who came in feel extremely welcome and accommodated. Noone pushed any "extras" on me. They explained, in detail, all my options and gave me the space to make my own decisions.
Probably the best experience I've had at an eye doctor. They listened to my concerns and eased all of my fear about going to the eye doctor. Bonus, I had no idea my insurance covered the visit with just a copay.
I highly recommend Dr. Grossman. You will love her and her staff.
