About Dr. Dien Le
Optometrist
Originally from San Jose, California, Dr. Le graduated from Santa Clara University in 2000. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2005, followed by an additional year of residency in Ocular Disease at the Northern Navajo Medical Center, in Farmington, New Mexico.
Following her residency training, she moved to Colorado in 2006 and began the project of designing a premier optometric private practice from scratch, incorporating state-of-the-art equipment for the treatment of ocular disease.
Dr. Le has an extensive background in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular surface disorders such as Dry Eye Syndrome and Sjogren’s disease. She is an active member of the American Optometric Association, and the Colorado Optometric Association.

I can’t say enough good things about Highlands Eye Care and Dr. Lee.
The office is awesome - super clean, dialed in, and in a perfect spot. Walking in already feels like you made the right call.
But Dr. Lee is the real deal. She knows exactly what she’s doing, explains everything in a way that actually makes sense, and somehow keeps it fun at the same time. Always smiling, always in a good mood - you don’t feel like just another appointment on the schedule.
And I swear, she actually takes time with you. Like real time. Not that rushed “alright let’s wrap this up” vibe you get at a lot of places.
Also, I don’t know if she does this for everyone, but she’s checked in with me personally after visits just to make sure everything’s good… which is honestly rare and says a lot.
Never thought I’d say this, but I actually enjoy going to the eye doctor now.
If you need an eye doctor and you’re on the fence - stop overthinking it and go see Dr. Lee. You’ll get it the second you walk in.

Dr. Le is amazing at what she does! She was very thorough with my exam and had great recommendations for my dry eyes. She's also very personable and fun, and you can tell she really cares about her patients.
