Dr. Barstow and his staff are amazing! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and competent. The wait time was minimal—we were seen on time. Dr. Barstow explained everything in a succinct way and was engaging for my 9 year old son. I’m grateful we found a great “fit” for our family. Thank you to Dr. Barstow and his team!
Doctor was very engaging and listened to me. Also asked pertinent questions and reviewed my history . Friendly conversation, made me feel relaxed and welcomed. I would definitely recommend him to others .
Dr. Barstow really heard me, was friendly and seemed genuinely interested in helping me figure out my symptoms. So grateful I found him.

Appoint was set, once I was contacted about verifying insurance.. I mentioned Medicaid and BCBS.. I've never had issues with any other specialist but they didn't accept my BCBS insurance because I have medicaid also. This was not anywhere in print when I initially set up an appointment so the time wasted was a bummer.

Even though the office had moved spaces that week, they were still able to get me set up easily. My waiting time was minimal (~5 minutes in the afternoon) and I barely waited once they did my vitals. Dr. Barstow was warm & gave me lots of information about next steps for my season allergies. I appreciated that he took the time to understand my other medical issues & how they might play into my allergies.
I had my intake exam with Dr. Barstow. He listened while I explained my need to address the inflammation component of my allergies to help with my Rheumatoid Arthritis symptoms. Clear path of testing and treatment was developed right away!
Great!

It was good in all ways.

My entire experience was great! The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. I had never used my insurance and they helped me get everything sorted. My nurse was kind, thorough, quick, and very comforting and safe feeling. The doctor was knowledgeable but not condescending in any way. Both the doctor and the nurse went out of their ways to explain my medication in a way that none has done in the 36 years I've suffered from it. This was the best experience I have ever had with a doctor's office and I would recommend them to anyone's.

This doctor is one of the few who actually read my medical history before the appointment. He listened and took my concerns seriously. I really appreciate the time he took diagnosing me before he sent in the needed prescription.

Dr. Barstow was very friendly and was wonderful with my almost 5yo. He answered all of our questions and didn’t make us feel rushed. I really appreciate how he explained things and I felt like he really listened. This was a video appointment but we plan to follow up with him in person next year. I would definitely recommend seeing Dr. Barstow!

I went to my appointment today, and was super nervous. I had never had to visit an allergist before and was feeling a little anxious since I didn't know what to expect. The front office ladies were so kind and helpful. Dr. Doug Barstow did a great job in communicating my next steps and answering any and ALL questions I had. I will be returning next week for an allergy test and am feeling more at ease now that I know what to expect.
