I didn’t like the wait after checking in because I was the only patient at that time. The front desk staff seemed a bit unorganized & all over the place. I waited 20+ minutes from checking in until being called back. The visit itself was okay. Below my expectations. Literally 10 minutes or less. I did like that Dr. Ross took into account my finances & gave me samples instead of running tests and prescribing medications. Hopefully these samples work. However, in the future I’d like to return to get an allergy test.
