Douglas Tupps, O.D. received his Doctor of Optometry from The Ohio State University in 1993, where he also earned his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology with Honors. Dr. Tupps offers full-service optometry, including hard-to-fit contact lens prescriptions, myopia control, and dry eye treatment. Dr. Tupps always knew he wanted a challenging career where he could also help people. He is known for his kind manner and ease with patients of all ages. He also works with ophthalmologists to provide pre- and post-operative care for cataract and refractive surgery patients. He enjoys meeting and building relationships with his wonderful patients and working with an amazing team at the practice. Dr. Tupps is a long-time member of the American Optometric Association, the Florida Optometric Association, and the Pinellas Optometric Association. In his free time away from the office, Dr. Tupps enjoys his hobbies of boating, fishing, SCUBA surfing, traveling, and cycling.
