They sent no less than 12 reminders about this appointment. My wife set these appointments because on the website it showed they took our insurance. When we got there they stated they “no longer take your insurance and the website no longer shows that we do” . We were then told they couldn’t find our phone number to contact us. 12 reminders and you can’t contact me because you can’t find my phone number!!?? They wasted my time without a care and did it with a bad attitude like an inconvenience . I truly hope this business fails. To be inadequate at your job means there’s a possibility to get better. These people have NO CHANCE to even become inadequate! I’m not upset they didn’t take my insurance. My insurance wasn’t a great vision plan. But had they called or made an attempt to care, I would have paid cash for the exam, glasses, sunglasses for myself and exam, glasses, and contacts for my wife! But that wasn’t even given as an option! This place is terrible AVOID!
