Most of all, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the practice. I liked the way they greeted me. I liked the way that I was welcomed. The lady behind the desk was absolutely amazing. It seemed like the job description was written for her. Didn't think he could get much better. Got in with the doctor, Dr. Hackler . He was unbelievable. Not only did he know his stuff, but he also knew how to talk to patients. If there was a concern, if there wasn't a concern, he knew exactly how to address the questions, answer the questions, and receive my feedback before I left. So I am really, really impressed with the practice. I don't want to have to see him a lot because I don't want anything to be wrong with my heart. But if I should have to see him, I would gladly go back. Thank you guys for what you've done there at WellStar and how you've trained your staff.
