About Dr. Elad Tennen

Native to Monmouth Country, Elad Tennen, MD graduated from Marlboro High School and completed his undergraduate studies at Ramapo College of NJ with a major in biology and minors in chemistry and mathematics. Dr. Tennen received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset in Family Medicine. He then completed his Sports Medicine fellowship at Atlantic Sports Health in Morristown, NJ where he provided care for the NY Jets, Division I athletes at Seton Hall University, Division III athletes at College of St. Elizabeth, as well as independent sports leagues in Hockey.

Dr Tennen is the nicest and most knowledgeable sports related injury doctors I’ve ever seen. His bedside manner is exceptional and he genuinely cares and listens to you. He never seems rushed, quite the opposite. He lays out different treatment options clearly and describes the pros and cons of each option. I trust his professional ability completely and will always see him for any sports related injuries I have going forward. So far he has successfully treated my strained calf muscle and tendinitis.
