Dr. Madrid Carranza was amazing. I had put off going to the doctor and was nervous my concerns wouldn’t be listened to but she listened and made a great plan on how to move forward and it felt really nice amd reassuring as a patient and the rest of the staff was amazing. I had my blood drawn the same day and I really appreciated them asking if I was scared of needles. I’m really glad I came across this office and picked it.

Dr. Carranza was very kind and professional, and the staff at the office were great—friendly and helpful. However, the location is in a tough area with no parking, and I had to pay $20 just to park nearby. I also thought it was odd that the scheduling and communication were handled through a call center outside the country rather than directly through the office, which led to some confusion and the appointment not going exactly as expected. Just something to keep in mind when booking.

I’m so incredibly happy with my experience! This was my very first appointment. The doctor truly listened to all of my concerns, took notes, and gave thoughtful feedback. Every issue I brought up was acknowledged, and we created a clear game plan to address them. It’s such a relief to finally find a doctor who actually takes the time to listen and care.

It’s been a long time since I visited a doctor to get myself checked out and see where I stand! All vitals were good and I’m healthy! I felt so safe and seen! And just overall comfortable! These types of visits can be nerve wrecking but I can tell my doctor loves what she does and is shows! I will definitely be back! I highly recommend
