About Dr. Elliott Caine
Quality eyecare and personal attention are our focus at Dr. Elliott Caine Optometry. We are a family optometry practice that prides itself on the individual care and attention we provide to all of our patients. Your entire family is welcome at Dr. Elliott Caine Optometry. Located in the Highland Park area of Los Angeles, our specialties include eye exams in both Spanish and English, pediatric and adult eyecare, contact lenses and eyeglasses, treatment of eye diseases, LASIK co-management, and referrals.
Dr. Elliott Caine earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University and completed an internship at Escuela Polit?cnica Nacional, which has equipped him with extensive clinical experience to provide the highest standard of care.
Our goal is to serve our patients by helping them maintain their personal eye health and providing professional, state-of-the-art eyecare. We believe that healthy eyesight is vital to a high quality of life-both of which we are deeply committed to!

The staff and Dr, Caine are incredibly kind. The front desk went above and beyond to map out my options with insurance and how I would save the most money. I have been coming here for years, and I know I can always rely on that aspect. I also appreciate their selection of frames, both full price and discounted, to choose from. The staff was also thorough in wiping down the equipment and sanitizing the office. I can’t imagine visiting another eye doctor.

Dr. Caine is so great and his team really goes above and beyond to give you the best experience. I love that their office is small and part of the community. Dr. Caine made sure my contact lenses were comfortable and suggested a few different brands when the first brand felt irritating. We found a great match and I love the frames I chose. The only reason I am no longer a patient is because I moved out of state. Go see Dr. Caine if you live in Highland Park/Eagle Rock area - you will not be disappointed!

In 35 years on this planet, coming from the family of people in glasses, I can say that comrade Caine is the most dedicated Optometrist I ever met. Imagine an idealist and passionate professional in a single person. No shortcuts, full attention, until he's double-sure that his patient has the right solution. After the visit, I was like a walking sniple rifle. I could see so far, and in-detail, full HD, textures, colors, you name it. Who even needs Oculus when everything is so 3D? I highly recommend this doctor and his crew if you are looking for someone who actually cares.

I was very pleased with my first visit to see doctor Caine. He conducted a thorough examination, explained everything to me in a way that anyone could understand and for the first time after seeing two other doctor's, I am "finally" getting better. I even traveled 2 hours just to see this doctor because he came so highly recommended. No matter what kind of eye problem you have, this is the only doctor that will ever need to go to. I had a bacterial eye infection and once it clears up, I'm getting a full eye exam for a new prescription.
