Dr. Oyeniran practices comprehensive ophthalmology with a focus on uveitis and medical retina. Her areas of expertise include the medical treatment of conditions like diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, retinal vascular disorders, ocular inflammatory disorders, ocular manifestations of systemic disease, and viral infections of the eye.
Dr. Oyeniran graduated from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She completed her residency training in ophthalmology at the Scheie Eye Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. She subsequently completed a clinical fellowship at the National Eye Institute at the National Institutes of Health in Ocular Immunology and Uveitis, with additional training in medical retina. Dr. Oyeniran has published in several peer-reviewed journals and presented at national conferences including the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology.
Dr. Oyeniran is dedicated to providing compassionate care that is driven by individual patient needs and values. She is also fluent in Yoruba and English.

The staff was friendly, however, at check-in I filled out all of the same documents in office that I filled out on Zocdoc and the wait time to be seen was over half an hour which caused me to have to push another appointment that I had scheduled for an hour and a half after.
Dr. O was great. All of my questions were answered, and I did not feel rushed once seen. She explained current and future concerns for my care. Because of the level of quality customer service of the triage and doctor, I would return/recommend.

My experience with Dr .O was great. She gave me medicines with clearly written instructions which was very helpful. I’ve been to other places where doctors show no patience explaining the medicine.
