The staff was very friendly, and the doctor was very polite and informative. My experience with her alone would make me return to this office.
Tried calling numerous times to inform of a late arrival. Only robots answer their phone. The office staff then made me wait 4 minutes from 11 minutes after my apt time to 15 minutes after, just to tell me the grace period is 10 minutes and I would need to reschedule.
