“Staff and provider were very accommodating to my needs. All services needed were offered and extra services were recommended. Although my medical literacy was not perfect in optometry, the optometrist clearly explained and provided the care that I needed for the best possible treatment. It was a quick and efficient visit. The office was clean and the staff were friendly. The phone calls were quickly answered and voicemails were left if needed. I would recommend this to all and I am for sure coming back.”

Tried calling numerous times to inform of a late arrival. Only robots answer their phone. The office staff then made me wait 4 minutes from 11 minutes after my apt time to 15 minutes after, just to tell me the grace period is 10 minutes and I would need to reschedule.
