“Great job. I was greeted immediately and my appointment went smoothly. Even more important was that an earlier appointment opened up and i was sent a message to see if i would prefer that one. Fenella Shneur is an attentive and knowledgeable optometrist caring for patients in New York, NY. Dr. Shneur received her Bachelor's degree in Environmental Biology from SUNY New Paltz and earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry.
She is currently practicing at Eyes on Second in New York City, where patients come for comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, dry eye treatment, and management of ocular diseases such as glaucoma and macular degeneration. Dr. Shneur’s goal is to deliver the highest standard of eye care to all patients.
