“When you walk in you’re greeted with a hello, politely asked your name and appointment details. That’s important to me it says they’re prepared. Dr Chen was great we discussed my eye issues and respected that i was well informed of my situation and listened to my questions without over talking or rushing me. The eye exam was informative and Dr Chen explained even further why my vision was deteriorating. The whole experience was great, I highly recommend this place.”

The first time I saw dr Chen last year he was okay but this year I was his first patient he rushed me off. I have to come back the following week to dialed my eyes. He wasn’t in I saw another doctor for that purpose.

I was in and out. As soon as I walked in the door they knew my name and were expecting me. I got my eyes checked and got a great deal on 2 pairs of frames with anti glare and blue light blocking. Whole thing took about 45 minutes.

The atmosphere was lovely. The doctor was friendly and easy to communicate with. I also ordered my glasses on the spot, which is convenient. The staff is friendly, they even waited up for me on a holidays before closing for me to pick up my glasses, that was very nice of them.
