Glenn Pierre, O.D., received his Doctor of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1977 and earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Illinois State University in 1973. Dr. Pierre has always had a fascination with vision and has been in practice for over 45 years. This fascination has grown into a passion for helping his patients understand their vision. In his free time, Dr. Pierre enjoys golfing and reading-especially mystery novels and anything about history.

This visit was very efficient. I didn't feel like I was being upsold on anything, and I felt like I had control over how I wanted my appointment to go. I was also given an explanation for a procedure when asked. Dr. Pierre has an excellent chairside manner and listened to my concerns. He did not dismiss them as "you're getting older, and that's how it is." He took the time to explain why my eyes are changing in the way they are, which helped me feel connected to the process.

Was very happy with everyone I worked with during this visit. I especially enjoyed how thorough Dr Pierre was with his explanations of everything he went through, especially with some concerns I had regarding a medication I am on that could affect my vision over time. Can't think of a way to improve on the visit at all.

This was my first visit to ABBA eye care and the doctor and staff were amazing, from the time I walked through the door to the time I walked out. they truly listened to me and took the time to sit and explain everything.
The reason I gave such high ratings is because since the first time I went to Abba Eye Care I've never had a problem, everything is always been perfect the staff the doctors everything and I wouldn't change a thing because if it's not broke don't fix it everything runs smooth over there with all the staff Etc great place to visit and get your eyes taken care of.
They went above and beyond to make sure my son was taken care of; by really taking the time to find the correct lens so my son's eyesight can be corrected. They took time to find eyewear that was comfortable and appropriate for him. They genuinely showed how much they care.

Thus is the first time I have seen Dr. Pierre and he is by far my favorite eye doctor! He really took the time to explain what he was doing and what he was looking at and for while doing my exam. He is also super nice. The staff at the Fountain ABBA were all extremely friendly and I had such a positive reaction with everyone I talked to!
