About Dr. Hammad Qureshi

He served as a Clinical Assistant Professor at UTMB where he trained medical students and Family Medicine residents over the years. While at UTMB he received Resident Teacher Award in 2016 and Faculty of the Year Award in 2017. His passion lies in physical and mental wellness. He is an avid runner and competes in races throughout Texas having completed two marathons and a 70.3 Ironman. This passion has sparked a desire to educate and motivate his patients to lead a healthier lifestyle. His special interests include overall health, nutrition, chronic disease management, sports medicine and weight loss.

I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to fill out and sign all of my forms, including HIPA, online. I was also able to check in and pay my copay before my appointment. I was able to notify my arrival using my phone; no need to check in 15 minutes early. In 2 weeks, we have a Zoom call to discuss labs. Very modern and clean. No wasting paper nor time. Less risk of spreading germs. The doctor was thorough and answered my questions without appearing annoyed. His assistant was also thorough, very friendly, and welcoming. I only wished I found this office sooner, instead of post-poning getting medical help for several months. I feel confident that I have found my new doctor!
