About Dr. Hilary Chiem
Dr. Hilary Chiem joined the Target Optical family in February 2017. She is passionate about providing individualized care to each person to enhance sight and improve eye health. Committed to delivering the highest quality eye care, she believes in educating her patients about their eyes in easy-to-understand terms. Dr. Chiem specializes in contact lens fittings, the treatment and management of eye disease, eye infections, annual eye exams, and more. At Target Optical, we use the latest technology to ensure superior patient care. The entire Target Optical team is dedicated to providing the best eye care experience possible. A Bay Area native, Dr. Chiem returned after school to serve the San Mateo community. She earned her Doctor of Optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry and holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, San Diego. Outside of her practice, she enjoys baking, traveling, and spending time with her family. Dr. Chiem and her associates are excited to provide you and your family with the best vision care solutions tailored to your individual needs.
