Dr. Finegold is Chief of Allergy at Mount Sinai West and Morningside, NY, and Professor of Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, NY. He is a Past President of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.
Dr. Finegold is a nationally and internationally known allergist/immunologist of distinction. He earned his Doctor of Medicine with honors and a Master's in Pathology from the University of Chicago. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University and his fellowship in Allergy and Immunology at Saint Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center. He is Board Certified in Allergy and Immunology and Internal Medicine. He practices Allergy in Manhattan and White Plains, NY, and serves as Chief of Allergy at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital. Additionally, he is a Clinical Professor of Medicine at Columbia University in New York. Dr. Finegold is a Past President of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Finegold was fantastic. He took his time making sure we went over every aspect of my symptoms, listened, asked questions and genuinely cared. I was there for about two hours that's how much detail we got into. By the end we had a plan in place and next steps which made me feel like I am finally getting somewhere figuring out my issues! Highly recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Finegold listened to my allergy issues and spent a good deal of time figuring out which medications I should take. He spent 1/2 hour on the phone with me and wanted to prescribe medications covered by my insurance. He told me wearing a mask outside where the pollen is floating around is a better protection against allergies than Covid.

My interaction with the doctor was riddled with microaggressions. Due to his age I expected as much but I just thought I would leave a little review for other people of color. I dont believe he intended to cause harm I think that he has a not super modern mindset and that someone might not has ever had the nerve to correct him. As a patient expecting a service I shouldnt have to navigate a situation like that in a doctors office; I believe he is probably an amazing doctor but this is my first visit so I will just not be returning.

Got last minute Apointment thru ZocDoc. Stuff was friendly and attentive. Doctor is so nice and knowledgeable. Took time to really find out what is the source of my condition.
