Made the appointment days in advance for NO ONE to be there. I drove 50 miles to that location. No call for explanation and when I talked to customer service they said someone would be reaching out soon. NO ONE DID. I even asked if I should wait around for the call or just head back home and she said wait. I waited for an hour. NEVER AGAIN

Worst experience. I looked for eye exam from which Cigna insurance was available. The computer brought me to a list of doctors on Zocdoc, which I never heard of..I booked appointment for 11am, for February 2,2026 on Zocdoc. I was excited to get an appointment so soon.My eyes are getting progressively worse. There were 2 available appointments. I chose 11am. After booking my appointment, they changed it to 11:20, I said it was still ok. I took a screen shot of my situation. I left my home early to be on time. The roads had a lot of snow and ice, but I arrived at 11:15.. These idiots were closed. I was so fuming mad. These damn computers allowed me to get an appointment even though the eye place was closed. What kind of business could they possibly have if they can’t let me l ow there place was closed. Lame, Lame .Lame. I was so infuriated to have this situation.
