“Office support is unprofessional and disorganized. I provided insurance info when I made appointment and yet hours before appt, I received a message that my appt was being cancelled because I did not provide insurance info. I called back and was told I would have a long wait because I didn’t ‘respond quickly enough’ to the message. An hour after this call I received a call from the office confirming insurance info. Nothing made sense. My appt was “cancelled” and I was given a long wait because they didn’t have insurance info but yet an hour later they found the insurance information. Dr is great but patients will likely walk away from the chaos and rudeness from office staff. ”
