Dr Winters was great, very informative and made sure I left with the right plan for my dry eyes. Wait time was a miss. At first I thought they were having a busier than usual day but after checking with the staff in the front they confirmed this is a norm. Even though I loved the staff overall and the actual doctor consultation, going to an over booked clinic unfortunately is a deal breaker. I value my time too much to wait an hour to get called. I always plan my time accordingly and show up a few minutes early so I expect the same courtesy
