About Dr. Jake Dubin

Dr. Dubin is a board-certified optometrist with a focus in medical eye care. This includes dry eye treatment, glaucoma diagnosis/management and diabetic eye exams. He also has an interest in fitting speciality contact lenses for conditions such as keratoconus and severe dry eye syndrome. Dr. Dubin was born and raised in Plantation, Florida. He graduated from Florida State University with honors, receiving his bachelor’s of science degree in biological science. He then received his optometric degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry.He completed his internship rotations at West Palm Beach Veterans Medical Center and Eye Centers of South Florida in North Miami Beach, Florida. Dr. Dubin believes strongly in lifelong learning. He attended the American Academy of Optometry Meeting in 2021, where he received his Student Fellowship. He is constantly reviewing the latest in ophthalmological research and believes that the best doctors constantly strive to attain new knowledge and skills. Dr. Dubin is an avid sports fan and he loves following his favorite teams. He enjoys spending quality time with family and friends along with exercising, watching movies, and staying up to date on global events. Dr. Dubin has a passion for meeting new people and looks forward to meeting you soon!
