The whole experience was absolutely absolutely amazing. I had to change providers due to an insurance change and this was my first visit. Everybody was very kind and I was seeing very promptly. The doctor was amazing. She had such a kind and warm demeanor. I really felt at ease and that I was in great hands. She clearly explained some options that I hadn’t been given before. I can’t wait for my next visit.

I am a new patient and I loved Dr. Confino's bedside manner! She's an excellent listener and clearly explained all the lab results I shared with her. She was very patient listening to my extensive orthopedic history and offered options that were not fully explained by the previous orthopedic surgeon I went to for significant pain.
Finding a skilled surgeon who is also compassionate, friendly, and empathetic is very difficult. Dr. Confino has all three qualities. I'm glad I finally found an orthopedist who can care for my complicated orthopedic issues. I would highly recommend her.

Staff at Keck Medicine were very kind and receptive. I was seen right away and was never left without instructions. Got an X-Ray on spot and then had a consult with Dr Confino. She listened to my complaint history, and also asked questions. She also performed some tests to check my pain levels. Overall very attentive, a good listener and clear about further steps I should take. I really appreciated the care and support they gave me.
