Just a bad experience. Arrived and had to wait 40 minutes to verify my insurance was accepted, after which I was told that this particular office is not able to run any tests. Doctor only recommended otc or home remedies, did not do any tests, as previously stated or asked me what I think I might have. Two weeks later I got hit with a bill that this provider is not in network (the name of the doctor on the claim submitted to my insurance under is the owner of this practice, someone I have never met). At least at an urgent care they tell you what is wrong with you or where to go.

Great doctor. She was very thorough with her examination, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions in detail. She also helped with referrals, which made the whole process much smoother. I never felt rushed and really appreciated how attentive and caring she was throughout the appointment.

Dr. Lhungay was really great! She took the time to really listen to me and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. I didn’t get hit with any hidden fees (as I so often do in NYC) and I felt like every step was very clear and communicated well to me.

Perhaps it was an off day but it took 45 minutes for the doctor to see me after answering initial questions to a staff member.
I did not get my weight nor height measured. Instead, I was asked about my weight but not height. At some point I started standing outside the room as no one came in to check in on me for almost an hour.
It’s a shame because the doctor seemed decent, but the wait time and lack of communication is unacceptable.

The staff was professional and kind and kept me waiting no longer than 10 minutes total between checking in and seeing the doctor. I felt like the team listened to me and was able to communicate complicated medical documents with ease. I was also able to get an appointment within the month (and with some options within 2 weeks). I would highly recommend.

I went for an appointment about a week ago, and I still have not received any updated phone call from this provider. I am certain I need medication regarding my tests that were done and I still have to wait another week to see when I will be contacted by this provider. Very unfortunate to be waiting so long for a simple prescription.

Dr. Lhungay is very attentive and professional; the assistant nurse is also very thorough and patient. Overall, the office is very well-organized and efficient, despite the lines of patients waiting in the lobby. I was expecting a long wait, but instead it only took about half an hour from check-in to check-out.
