“The PA went over my information I provided upon arrival prior to seeing Dr. Paris. Dr. Paris and the PA came in shortly there after. I showed him a picture of the hives that appear when I stop taking the antihistamine. We discussed the problem, he answered my questions and concluded it was a reaction to a virus I contracted. They took blood and will call me with the results and to stay on the antihistamine. I will go back. ”

Dr. Jason C. Paris received his M.D. from The University of Michigan in 2001. From there he did his internship and residency in Internal Medicine in San Francisco, Calif. After finishing his residency, he spent a year working as an inpatient/critical care physician in the San Francisco Bay Area before completing his fellowship in allergy and immunology at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Mich. He is a board-certified allergist, is active in teaching allergy and immunology to residents and medical students, and is active in research in the field of allergic diseases. He is a fellow of the American College of Asthma, Allergy and Immunology. He is on staff at St. Mary Mercy Hospital, Providence Hospital, Botsford Hospital, Beaumont Hospital and Huron Valley Hospital.
