About Dr. Jason Pfeifer

Before moving to the Cedar Rapids area in 2004, Dr. Pfeifer practiced in Rockford, Illinois, and Charlottesville, Virginia. He has been with Target Optical for over six years. Dr. Pfeifer has been involved in both the Iowa and American Optometric Associations. He enjoys playing the guitar, participating in many kinds of sports, and engaging in family activities with his wife, Patricia, and children, Raina, Nikolaus, and Amara. Dr. Pfeifer grew up in Aberdeen, South Dakota. He attended the University of Jamestown in North Dakota, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree. He then received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in 2000.
