I booked a Saturday appointment at 10 am. I arrived early at 9:45 am, as instructed by the office. Around 10:15 am, the doctor was still no where in sight. I asked the front if something was wrong, they said he would be there soon. At 10:25 am, I asked the office manager to call the doctor because I had another appointment to get to. When they called him, he said he would not arrive for another 10 minutes. I left and declined to rescheduled. I work in healthcare and expected more professionalism and consideration from a doctor. Do not go here, this practice does not adhere to appointments and doesn’t respect your time. Would have given 0 stars if possible.

Jay Megard OD was awesome. He is very friendly, but very professional. He did a very thorough job and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him, especially if you have any apprehension getting an eye exam, as he has a great bedside manner, so to speak

Avoid this practice, or at least avoid Dr. Jay Megard - he does not seem to respect your time. I had a 10am appointment on a Saturday morning. I showed up at 9:45 and checked in. 10am rolled around and it became clear that Dr. Megard was not even in the building. At 10:10am, the receptionist started making calls asking where Dr. Megard was. At 10:18, Dr. Megard walked in with a full Starbucks in hand. He walks right past me (the only patient in the office at the time), and doesn't acknowledge me or apologize for being late. Rather, he went directly into his office, shut the door, and took what sounded like a personal phone call. I sat there a few more minutes in disbelief before asking the receptionist if Dr. Megard knew I had an appointment, and she said he did, and that he did this kind of thing every weekend. I walked out. Don't bother.
