“I was able to get the paperwork out of the way before my appointment. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I did have to wait quite a while to be seen by my doctor, because he was still helping the patient before me. The tech Hannah came and got me on time and began her part of the process, so that part was ready when Dr. Buhler was able to see me. The staff were very pleasant and visited with me while I waited. When Dr. Buhler was ready for me, he apologized for how long I was waiting, he was also very friendly, and communicated to me clearly about what was going on with my eyes. He also validated all of my questions, and didn't make me feel rushed. I felt like he was able to help me find the right prescription, and took into account my daily needs when recommending the best type of glasses for my lifestyle. Afterwards his staff helped me pick out frames and I was able to find ones that made me feel good. I felt taken care of, even though they were running late. ”
