Dr. Rubin seems very experienced and was very nice but felt like I didn't learn anything I didn't already know. It took more than an hour to get into a room and then another hour waiting for the doctor.... My appointment was at 11 and he didn't see me until it was almost 1. This was extremely frustrating.
