This review does not reflect the doctor but the office staff. The office staff has 0 communication skills. I was met with an unexpected fee for my appointment and then told the doctor couldn’t see me because she was to busy. Additionally I would be charged more money for a contact lens appointment not even talking about the cost of the contacts just the appointment. I was not told any of this prior to my appointment and it seemed like the staff didn’t care to keep my appointment because they kept coming up with more issues. The mannerism and snarky attitudes of all the staff in the office is enough to make anyone feel uncomfortable.

I had a wonderful experience during my visit. The doctor was professional and kind. She listened to my questions intently before providing her best care. The technicians were also kind and intelligent. They explained everything they were doing as they used the machines which was helpful to me in understanding what was happening. There was no wait time due to the entire staff being proficient and fast. They also have a glasses store in the office, so you go right from seeing the dr to ordering your glasses.
Overall it was a great experience.

Zoc Doc and this office need to fix alignment. The office has kid workers but appointment’s are not confirmed before arrival ! The app says you have an appointment but then they don’t see it in their file! Call upon arrival to fix that issue! Friendly and clean location!

Perfect doctor's office visit experience!
The office environment was clean, and the staffs are very courteous. The doctor promptly came in following the initial tests by a staff. The doctor was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and then some.
Overall, I'd say it was a perfect office visit if there is such thing.

Our appointment was for a young autistic adult. Dr Lee took time to explain everything that was happening an going to happen., from closing eyes to adding drops no surprises!! Very detailed exam. Well spoken, explained everything!! Referring us for other tests was also hassle free.
Even explained computer screen eye photos to us. Wonderful Dr. Would recommend
