A graduate of the State University of New York with a Doctor of Optometry degree, Dr. Vaidya brings ample experience in treating all types of eyecare and has previously worked in the neighborhood. The office called and moved my appointment moment back by two hours and then acted anointed when I showed up. They said they had to call my insurance which would take a long time, and that it wouldn’t cover it all, which it does. I just left.

I wouldn't recommend this place. I didn't even get to see the eye doctor. The staff was unaware of my appointment. Wait times were very long. They would stay with one customer for a long time. The customers themselves didn't even know what to get and the prices for these glasses are soo expensive, even after insurance covers for a bit. Terrible place and service.

Although it says that they take my provider, once I arrived there they told me that I was not in network . It was a very frustrating experience because they were trying to make me use a separate insurance that’s not my vision insurance to cover . Which seemed very fishy and made me uncomfortable. I had to leave with no eye exam done and very disappointed as I had taken a day off from work for this .

Really nice doctor, friendly and helpful.
But the glasses her team sold me have broken three times now. I just don't know what to do at this point. I'm barely wearing them, and they still broke the same way.
I guess they sold me a really bad pair. So frustrating.
