Today's Vision was recommended to us by a friend in 2014, after we became frustrated that our current eye care provider (and owner of business) seemed to be pushing us to purchase glasses from him vs. shopping around at other stores offering eyewear at lower prices. Since Today's Vision was recommended to us, you all have been our eye care provider, and we have been extremely pleased. We have never felt that we were being pressured to purchase glasses, although we have purchased frames and lenses at times in the past when able to use insurance. This was not the case last week. Please understand my experience was not a forceful pressure to purchase new frames and lenses, it was just the vibe I was sensing. I am partly to blame, because I did go to browse the frames while waiting for my exam, but I did feel a little pressure in that encounter. And then at the end of my appointment, I was led back to the eyewear area to check out. Maybe there was a presumption that I would be purchasing g

Dr. Haven always takes the time to explain the procedure. She is very knowledgeable, and her soft spoken mature is very calming. She's a very nice person! The staff are helpful, polite, and courteous, and respond in a timely manner.
