Never had an eye infection in my life, but had to be seen by a doctor 3 days later for itchy eyes and get antibiotic drops. Doctor seemed great, but do they clean the equipment??

Dr. Liu was absolutely awesome, she pinpointed the exact issue and prescribed me Medication that actually worked. She also said she’d be seeing me regularly over the next several months to follow up, that made me feel genuinely cared for. Nothing was rushed or made to make you feel like you were just another number. Very warm and welcoming staff as well.

Dr. Liu was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She was very thorough including noticing the dryness of my eyes and offered suggestions to remedy the problem. The office was clean, quiet and tranquil. Dr. Liu and her staff used state of the art examination equipment and perform their tests quickly and efficiently. I felt confident that the results were accurate and will help me with getting a new pair of glasses that will correct the problems that I was having. i am happy to have picked Dr. Liu and this location for my eye exam.

My day was not going well when I showed up for this appointment, and I thought it could only get worse when I couldn't locate my insurance information or even remember what company my insurance is through, but this team completely turned it around. They figured out my insurance, saw me quickly, kept me comfortable during the annual eye tests and the doctor was very attentive when listening to my vision concerns. Everything was explained to me so clearly, and my anxiety about my eye strain put to rest. I left in such a great mood. Couldn't be happier with my experience.

Great visit, easy to locate office, but they do not accept local union health coverage even though zocdoc states they accept City Employees GHI insurance. I would have like to do further eye exam.

Everyone at the office was so kind and accommodating! There was a mix up with my insurance coverage but they made an effort to make it as easy as possible for me to continue with the appointment. Dr. Joanna was so kind and clear the whole time. She made sure to explain every part of the exam to me so that there were no surprises, making me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. Great treatment, welcoming environment, and no long waiting time. Highly recommend!

Loved my experience! Had an issue with my eye, made a last min appointment, arrived early because I thought I would have to fill out a bunch of forms but by using Zocdoc I think I avoided that! I walked in, checked in sat down for about 1 min the. Was called in by the Dr.
I went in with her and she looked at my eyes and was able to diagnose the problem quickly! Prescribed me an antibiotic and once I got home after picking up script, my eye started feeling so much better! Thank you to the whole team! See you soon!

Great office, great experience. I showed up a few minutes early and was seen right at my set appointment time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Liu walked me through everything she did and answered all my questions thoroughly.
