A simple IUD removal became much more complicated. They couldn’t see the string, which is fine, these things happen. But there’s very limited availability for everything. I had an ultrasound, and now I have to wait 10 days just to follow up on those images and find out the next steps. I’m not very happy about this wait, and I’m sure that this follow-up will probably mean scheduling another procedure with a camera, which I imagine will also have limited availability.
I feel there’s a lack of proactivity, unfortunately.
That said, the medical staff is friendly.
The person at the front desk isn’t very communicative.

I have been looking for a new ob/gyn for a while because my old doctor had a horrible bedside manner and never listened to my concerns (why I stayed with her so long, I don’t know!). Dr. Peters was great. Very personable, she explained everything as she went along, and she listened to me! I have finally found the ob/gyn I have been looking for!!

Was entrapped. Essentially told I was not responsible to make my own decisions or select a new type of medication and for which I was not taken care of for why I had gone in the first place. I waited over an hour to be seen and I was cornered, pressured. Although I can understand why her original concern was valid, she was quick to corner and I’d appreciate if I wasn’t treated like a prisoner or 5 year old and have other options considered vs forced into response and decision that was clearly from an assumption/narrow of view. Was unacceptable from a patients point of view. I will never go back.

Dr. Peters was very kind and quick. I was in and out in 30 minutes, which would be a win to most! My only concern is that, with it being my first appointment ever, I came with many questions, but only had two answered. Dr. Peter seemed in a rush and like she was trying to get in and out. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience, and everyone was very kind.

At my appt, I expressed issues that resulted in needing a blood panel & ultrasound. At my ultrasound appt, I paid the fees to which right after they let me know that I had overpaid & the extra would be credited toward my next payment. I then had to schedule a separate appointment for results. Prior to my follow up, the office called me and said my Pap came back abnormal and I’d need it redone. I asked on the phone if I would have to pay again and was told no because this was a followup appointment. The day of this followup, I’m told I have to pay & they have no record of a credit. The girl at the front desk was the same girl who told me I had a credit at my previous appointment. I left without paying & will find a different doctor. Finding quality womens care is hard enough as it is & would recommend anywhere else where they will do their due diligence & not just try to take $$ from people in need. I’m now a full month from my first appointment, out some money & have no answers.

Strong warning: Do not use this doctor’s office.
Any time I called, I would need to call a minimum of 3 times to speak with some, IF they answered at all. Their mailbox was full, which I addressed, but nothing was done about it.
My appointment was rushed and impersonal. I also needed their assistance to have reasonable accommodations at work. The 3rd time I spoke with them over the span of a week, I was told I would need to come in person and pay them to submit the paperwork.
When I went in, I was told they couldn’t fill out the paperwork until my ultrasound (scheduled for the following week). I pleaded with them but the office manager was cold, rude, and unapologetic.
They ended up rescheduling the ultrasound for the same day and forced me to pay upfront, rather than billing me, or else they would not do it.
My claim ended up being denied by my employer for lack of specificity on their end. Lastly, I was billed AGAIN for that last visit and will need to fight it.

I was coming for a yearly check but except the PAP and questions nothing was checked. I’m used that breast is checked, the doctor pokes different places in the belly and checks everything with the ultra sound machine but for this I’d need to come again another time. Thanks no, not with a 1 hrs waiting time.

Dr. Peters was outstanding—knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough in addressing all my questions. I left feeling completely satisfied with the care I received. It's clear that she has carefully chosen her staff, as everyone there is friendly, approachable, and professional.

Waited over an hour to be seen and had to use the restroom right as she was coming to my room, I stated I had to use the restroom and instead of her waiting 2 minutes for me, she went to the next patient. At that point I was fed up and ended up leaving. When I brought it up to the office manager she was dismissive and unapologetic. A doctor who doesn't value your time will never value you as a patient.

Felt like I was rushed through my appointment, not heard, or shown any kind of care. No time taken to listen to issues or show empathy of any kind. For an already uncomfortable and personal experience it was made worse by the feeling of just trying to get me in and out to get through the day.

Office staff and Dr Peters were amazing, my only issue was the wait time. My appointment was at 10am which I arrived for early since it was my first appointment, and I wasn’t brought back until 11am. I also thought I would be receiving my annual Pap smear but it was just a consultation visit. Other than that my experience was pleasant and I will be continuing to book with her.

I still was left with a lot of unclarity. I think people’s health is a very serious issue and it doesn’t seem like she is very concerned. She doesn’t communicate and seems to be a bit disoriented.

Dr. Peters was so quick and easy for my first wellness check, even after she just had delivered a baby! I was able to reschedule same day since my appt was during a delivery. Worked out perfect. Only thing that I would say could use a little bit more improvement would be communication.. they were nice… but I felt like some communication was lost in one area and rushed in another. Other than that I’d wouldn’t mind coming back.
